We produce hats in order only. Every item is handmade to order in 1-3 days in our workshop in Chicago. High-quality standards are granted.
Unfortunately, We do not consider defects of natural fiber, straw, or felt such as irregular thickness, flecking, or weave variations.
To be eligible for a return, the hat must be unused, the same one you received, with tags. Make-up on the sweatband and perfume smell will not be accepted.

The hats are exempt from being returned.
