We print your heat transfers Direct-To-Film (DTF) using premium hot/cold peel transfer film and the highest quality inks available. The DTF process produces spectacular colors – yields deep, rich darks and black – supports higher resolution and detailed images. The sheets are cured and then shipped USPS to you ready-to-press.

OUR BSO (BLACK SHIRTS ONLY) DESIGNS. ALSO KNOWN AS BLACK "KNOCKOUT"

Some of our transfers/designs are solely intended for black shirts. This typically means that some to all of the black ink in
the image/artwork is removed. Instead the black shirt is used for color in these portions of the design. This produces a more
ideal look to the print, and an overall softer feel. Be sure to only select our BSO transfers when you plan to apply your transfers
to black shirts.

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: The honest answer is, we simply ship your package with tracking information available. We are proud of our on-time shipping history and work hard to get your order out as soon as possible, but we do not personally deliver your shipment. Nor do we have any insight or influence over the logistics or operations of the carriers/couriers. There are a plethora of circumstances that can affect the arrival time of your shipment, non of which you (the customer) or we (the vendor) can control or predict. This is why you'll find that we don't offer delivery times or dates. Etsy, however, does calculate an estimated delivery date that is clearly visible prior to your purchase. We typically meet these times or sooner.

Q: [PRE-TRANSIT] WHY DOES MY ORDERS SHIPPING STATUS STILL INDICATE IT'S IN "PRE-TRANSIT" AFTER
A: You order has indeed been shipped. This has been an issue since 2020. USPS does NOT consistently perform acceptance scans on every package they receive. That's all we know. It has become very common for shipments to move through the USPS system without acceptance scans from the originating location, or even as it's processed through other locations in route to its destination. We are always happy to confirm that your order has been processed, shipped, and accepted by the USPS, however we would only have the same tracking information that's available to you.

Q: MY TRANSFERS AREN'T THE SIZE I INTENDED THEM TO BE.
A: Please review the image dimensions when making your sheet selections. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to sizing or dimension issues.

THESE ARE CUSTOM MADE ITEMS, SO REFUNDS ARE EXTREMELY RARE AND ARE ONLY GIVEN IN THE EVENT THAT THE TRANSFERS ARE IN SOME WAY DEFECTIVE, OR THE SHIPMENT IS DEEMED MISSING. We are always happy to replace sheets if we fail to implement or apply any fee-based requests or instructions properly, additionally, we will always work with you and offer our best help to resolve any issue or concerns you may have about your purchase.
