The size and dimensions of any item can be customized upon request. There may be an extra charge for customizations (ex: If a new mold needs to be made to complete the order.

Customizations are available upon request. Standard custom choices include the color of the concrete, the size, the type of wood used, stain color options, or personalized lettering. If you need more than the standard choices, please don't be afraid to message us and ask, we are always excited to take on custom projects and deliver valued high-quality products.

Dust often using a clean, soft, dry, and lint-free cloth. When blot spills, wipe with a clean, damp cloth immediately(leaving spills or water rings for too will stain). We do not recommend the use of chemical cleansers, abrasives, or furniture polish on our lacquered finish. Use coasters on surfaces.
There is no need for any resealing, restaining, or long-term care.

We do not offer any trade discounts for small orders. we can offer trade discounts for large and wholesale orders. Contact our store for more information.

We will gladly accept returns of any product, given the store is contacted within 30 days of the item's arrival. We encourage you to open and inspect your package within 24 hours of delivery. If we are contacted within 24 hours of delivery, you will get a full refund or exchange for the damaged item. You also always have the option to open and inspect your package with delivery personnel present, refuse to accept the delivery if you see any problems, and, again, contact us for your full refund as soon as possible. If we are contacted after 24 hours, you are responsible for shipping your item back, and your refund amount is subject to a 20% handling and reshelving fee. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days of delivery.

We will not price match any products from different stores, despite similarities in material and the purpose of the item. All of our products are hand-made in-house, with high-quality products, with extra attention to detail. We do not mass-produce any items, and therefore we especially can't price match anything commercially mass-produced.

The concrete is sealed and has a smooth finish, but still has a natural concrete texture. We use Kodiak Pro ICT sealer, and, thanks to our process our products are completely water and weatherproof. Our Concrete is handmade, and may have slight variations due to its nature, Including slight variation in the color as well as small air bubbles on the surface. We do not fill small bubbles on the outside surface, in order to preserve the natural concrete texture. The Basin for sinks is completely smooth. The sinks function as normal and require no long-term care, all our furniture is suitable for outdoors or indoors, and trays are even dishwasher safe. Our CEO has had an Off-White Concrete Sink in his bathroom for over 9 years with no issues.

Our As Is Sale! section is for items that have already been made but doe to whatever reason stayed in the shop. They may have blemishes, marks, chips, etc. Some were made for the showroom and now sit in storage, or were not set out for an order due to marks, chips, etc. All As Is Items are checked for functionality before being put up for sale, and will work exactly as intended. All As Is item are final sale, we DO NOT accept returns for these items.
