How do I download my digital file?

Digital downloads are sent immediately by Etsy to your email address on file. Please check your SPAM folder if you did not receive one. Downloads can also be accessed at https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases If you did not receive the email from Etsy for some reason, you can also download your digital file by going to your Etsy account on a website browser (this cannot be done in the ETSY app). Click on "Purchases and Reviews." Find the order for the digital file and click on "Download Files." The files should then begin to download automatically.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

We do not offer refunds or cancellations on our digital instant downloads due to the digital nature of the product. However, if you have any issues with your product, please contact us for further assistance.

For products described in their product descriptions as a "Canva template" - you will need to signup with Canva to be able to access & edit templates that are purchased. Please note, not all of our products are Canva templates, please refer to each specific product description to clarify the type of digital download being purchased prior to purchase

Will a physical item be shipped to me?

Our products are solely digital in nature. There are no physical items that will be shipped with your purchase.

Can I re-sell your digital products?

Under no circumstances can our products or their contents be utilized for commercial use, resale or redistribution. These files strictly are for personal use only. This means one purchase per person.
