▶︎ What is your shipping time and service?

I ship Monday to Saturday using USPS Ground Advantage service, which generally delivers within 2-5 business days within the US. For specific processing and shipping times, please refer to the shipping section of each item. Premium shipping is available for an additional charge at checkout. If you choose Premium service, I'll do my best to expedite your order. All orders are automatically tracked on Etsy. You'll receive an automatic email from Etsy with your tracking number once your item is shipped.

▶︎ Why did I only receive some of the items in my order?

This can occur if certain items are ready for shipment immediately, while others need additional processing time. Rest assured, I'll notify you when the remaining items are ready to be shipped. In such cases, I'll cover the shipping fees for the additional items.

▶︎ Do you accept international shipping? What about Customs fees?

Yes, international shipping is available for an extra charge at checkout. Please be aware that your country may charge customs fees. It is at the expense of the customer. Your local post office will hold your package until these fees are paid. Check with your country's customs office for more information.

All items are 100% original designs and handmade. I craft each piece with love using premium materials such as gold, silver, resin, pearls, and glass beads, ensuring their longevity and quality.

Item sizes are listed in the description section. If you have any difficulties or questions about sizes, feel free to message me.

▶︎ Do you have a return policy?

Most items have a 7-day return policy, and some accept returns within 30 days. Returned items must be in mint condition and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated via Etsy messages. I will provide you with a return instruction on returning the package back to us at your own expense. Once a return is received, a credit will be issued minus the initial shipping fee and a small restocking fee. I typically don’t accept returns for custom, made-to-order jewelry or international shipments, however, I am happy to help with any situation so please reach out with any concerns.

All items are water-resistant and can be cleaned with plain tap water. Avoid direct contact with alcohol or perfume.
