Custom and personalized orders

We create very few custom pieces a year, to learn more about that dimension please reach out to nisan@zhenabia.com and share your wonderful dreams with us.

We are shipping worldwide with DHL Express 4+ working days when item been shipped. The preparation time for shipping can wary for some items from 1 to 7 working days if the item not in stock, if you need your order to a specific date, please contact us before purchase. Please write us your PHONE NUMBER when you making an order! We only can be responsible for the quality of our products. If the shipment is lost or the was provided wrong shipment address, please inform us so we will try to help, but it will be in a post company responsibility or clients.

Zhenabia fabrics are carefully handpicked from Turkey. With majority of our garments we use leftover fabrics where luxury brands leave behind because of their small default - big wholes on the fabrics, cuts, small batches - and we give their magic back to them, and create a sustainable balance with using the leftover fabrics that would be trashed since it is no use for fast-fashion production. Zhenabia designs are hand-crafted and hand-dyed. Please note that we use cruelty-free fabrics and organic root dyes with a zero-waste policy, in our dyeing process, the shade of the fabric can be slightly different from the one you see on our pictures, which makes every garment one of a kind!

At Zhenabia, we are passionate advocates of slow fashion, prioritizing quality and sustainability. While our focus is on mindful craftsmanship, we also provide wholesale options. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any inquiries!

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the item or shipping price at checkout. They are set by your government, and DHL only collects them on their behalf. Legally, the responsibility for these fees lies with the customer.

Refusal to Pay Customs / Unclaimed Packages

If a customer decides not to accept their package due to customs fees (or for any other reason) and the order is returned to us, please note: All related charges (outbound shipping, return shipping, and any customs fees billed back to us) will be deducted from the refund.
