All of my jewelry is eligible for returns and exchanges, except earrings for hygiene reasons. To start a return or exchange, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I'll provide a return address, and once I receive the item, I will issue a refund or send the exchanged piece. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.

Each piece of jewelry is carefully crafted and inspected for quality to ensure it can withstand normal, everyday wear. Due to the delicate nature of my jewelry, damage can occur if the piece is exposed to significant force. I offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects or faults that occur under normal wear. If your jewelry breaks within this period, please contact me with photos so I can assess the issue and determine the best solution, which may include a repair or replacement. Repairs requested after 3 months may be subject to a repair fee. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending items back for repair.

Avoid contact with hygiene products: Keep your jewelry away from lotions, soaps, perfumes, and other personal care products, as these can damage the finish. Steer clear of harsh chemicals: Avoid exposing your jewelry to chemicals such as chlorine found in pools, as these can damage the metals. Remove before physical activities: To prevent pulling, tugging, or scratching, take off your jewelry before engaging in activities like sleeping and exercising. Cleaning your jewelry: To clean, gently scrub with water and mild soap using a soft cloth or brush. Waterproof but best kept dry: While my jewelry is water-resistant, removing it before showering will help maintain its shine and prevent buildup of soap or residue.

To cancel your order, please contact me within 12 hours of placing it. As my jewelry is handmade to order, I cannot guarantee that production hasn't already begun after this time. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please check that the address you provided for your order is correct. Even with a slight error, packages with incorrect addresses are automatically sent back to my address. With US and international orders, I am able to check to see if the address provided is verified with USPS or the shipping service. If they can not verify the address, I will reach out to you to confirm. If a package is returned to me, the buyer is responsible for the re-shipment costs. I will contact you right away if your package has been sent back to me.

When measuring your wrist, we recommend adding a minimum of 0.5" to 1" to the total circumference to find the perfect fit!

METALS

Our jewelry is made using 925 sterling silver or 14k gold filled metals. Gold filled metals are made with a thick layer of gold to a brass core. Is is of higher quality than plated jewelry, and is a great alternative to pure gold jewelry!

JEWELRY CARE

14k Gold-filled jewelry should be kept away from hygiene products and harsh chemicals, such as chlorine found in pools. We also recommend removing your jewelry before bed or engaging in activities that could cause damage, scratching, or tangling. Gold-filled jewelry is nickel free, hypoallergenic and waterproof.
