Processing time for custom orders is usually between 6 to 8 working days during holiday seasons, and slightly shorter during non-holiday periods. Custom pieces will be proofed and approved prior to shipment. No returns are accepted on custom orders. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your orders. They will be handled on a case by case basis.

~A note about handstamped items~
Handstamped items are one of a kind - no two will be exactly alike and please expect some slight imperfections. Letters won't be exactly aligned and so on. This adds to the character and charm of each piece and shows it is handmade.

{Cleaning your jewelry}

Sterling silver and silver/gold plated jewelry naturally oxidizes when exposed to the elements. All sterling silver and silver/gold plated jewelry should be kept in a dry, cool place when not being worn. A soft cloth can be used to lightly polish the items.

Most of my jewelries are water resistant but not waterproof, so please be careful not to wear them in the shower, bath, whilst swimming, or walking in a torrential downpour.

{ Polymer Clay }

Polymer clay items can break if handled roughly. Please treat the items as jewelry, handle them with care and avoid contact with water. A very lightly damp cloth can be used to clean any polymer clay items. And don't use any cleaning products on your jewelry.
