If there is an issue please reach out to me and I will do my best to resolve any problems. All sales are final but I stand behind my items. If you have received an item that is defective please contact me within 3 days. I will only issue a refund once the defective item is returned to me. Return shipping is at the customers own expense. If the item is not defective you WILL NOT receive a refund. You have 4 days to mail off your item to be eligible for a refund. After that I can offer a replacement/exchange but no refund. Tracking must be provided for all returns/replacements/ and exchanges.

Returns are accepted if they are returned unused, and in the same condition you received them along with original packaging. I also require proof of purchase and tracking number to be eligible for a return. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. All orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail with tracking provided. All international orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail Delivery Service. Please do not contact me about late shipping around the holidays as I have no control over it and cannot help you. I am not responsible for missing packages that show a delivery confirmation. I am also not responsible for packages damaged by the postal service provider. You will have to file a claim with USPS for that.

Wrong Shipping Address

I am not responsible for shipping to the wrong address as the only address I am provided is the one you have given me so please take the time to double check and make sure it is the correct one. If your purchase is “returned to sender” you will be responsible for repurchasing shipping. I will not be covering shipping costs for wrong addresses provided.

You have 24 hours to cancel your items. And other cancellations will be denied.
