Good news for US buyers: Orders shipped to the United States are not subject to import duties or customs fees. Possible custom fees are not included in the cost of the item. All the possible custom fees are fully payed by the customer.

If the package is not delivered for a long time

We start to search for the parcel if tracking number shows that it does not move for 14 days. We make tracing request to the post office, but according to the law, Postal services can answer from 30 to 90 days. During this time, the parcel will be found and delivered to you, or it will be admitted lost. If the parcel is admitted to be lost, 100% of the cost will be returned. If the parcel is found, but delivered with great delay you will not get a refund, because all the delivery dates are approximate but not strict. We cannot influence the work of postal services.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that the actual shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping costs.

If the items were damaged during shipping, please provide us photos within 5 days from the moment, you have received it and we will ship you new item of make a refund.

The map looks beautiful, and my wife loved it as a birthday gift. The only downside is it doesn’t come framed, and the instructions said to adhere it directly to the wall. Since I know we’ll want to move it eventually, I had to buy a frame and matte background separately. It would be nice if that were an option when buying the map.

We were looking for a map of the National Parks to decorate an office space we may not own forever. I a really liked the 3D effect of this one. I did not realize it would come in a small box as large puzzle pieces. Since I wanted to be able to move the map, it did not want to glued directly to the wall. My husband attached the map to a thin sheet of particle board. It looks great but definitely added a layer of complexity. Now we will be able to kept it even if we move!
