Lovely nostalgic Christmas arrangement. Pattern is of shimmery red gold Christmas tree ornaments arranged artfully with old fashioned mistletoe and sprigs of Holly. This pretty holiday bunch is set against a sheet parchment. Elegant in its simplicity. Create this beautiful piece to decorate a wall or stitch on a pillow. The soft watercolor old world decoration is a wonderful relaxing project for yourself or for the avid cross stitcher in your life. Beautiful art to brighten up a wall or add to the sofa as a holiday decoration. The piece looks great on 14 count Aida cloth however if you are in need of a different version it can be stitched on 14-32 count. The image uses 68 colors for a smoother blend from light to shadow.

I strive to have the most realistic representation of the original art as I can. I choose to use dithering (diffusion) in my patterns in order to get a smoother transition of color and a high color count so that the pattern is true to the image. I retain the tiny splashes of color that define an edge, keeps the shine on the bubble and the expression in the eyes. Because of this there is confetti and satellite stitches. It makes for a very challenging, time consuming project. However; in my opinion the cost in time and care is worth the end result and the pride I feel when I display or gift the finished piece. That being said, please be aware and take into account this info before taking on the challenge of my advanced pieces and have fun stitching. :)

YES- The PK PDF chart is pattern keeper compatible. The BW chart is large print. The CO chart is for reference and is a color printout.
