Custom and personalized orders

If you have specific wishes regarding a particular work of art, you can always opt for a custom order and describe what you want. This can be done via the 'Request a custom order' link or by sending a message.

Are the frames ready to hang?

All frames are professionally finished. This means with a passe-partout and always a sawtooth hanger on the back of the frame to hang the artwork on the wall. If there is also a support at the back to place the artwork on a sideboard or table, this will be stated in the description. The back is always taped with acid-free tape in the same color as the frame color. In other words You don't have to do anything anymore and you can hang the artwork directly on the wall. If a work of art is delivered without a frame, this will be clearly stated in the general description.

What should you do when your package is delivered?

Always take several photos of the outside of the package, even if it is not damaged, with one photo clearly showing the carrier's shipping label with the shipment number. After opening the package, take some photos of the item you purchased if it appears to be damaged, so that you can clearly see what is damaged. You always need these photos if you want to make use of the warranty on your purchase. Without these photos, any reimbursement is excluded. Send us a message along with the photos. We will check this and let you know.

On multiple items the shipping cost will be lower for the second item. On the other hand, a framed artwork cannot be shipped with an unframed artwork and must be ordered separately. Framed works of art can be included together in one order as well as unframed works of art.
