Handmade, plain or patchwork Memory Keepsake Dog, uniquely individual and lovingly made in a smoke and pet free home. This is a perfect gift and such a special way to transform items of clothing or fabrics into a memento to treasure and cherish for years after.

A perfect cuddling companion, this dog measures:
Tip of nose to and of feet: approx. 30.5cm/ 12"
Foot to foot - widest width stretch: approx. 38cm/ 15"

The dog is sewn together using cotton thread and stuffed firmly with polyester hollow fibre filling which conforms to the Fire and Furnishings Regulations Act 1988. Plastic safety eyes are used.

Fabric needed:

One dog requires fabric 45cm x 110cm wide (18" x 43.5"), examples:

- From baby and children's items:
minimum 8 baby grows sized less than 6 months OR
minimum 6 baby grows sized 6 months or older
4-6 School Uniform Items

- From adult clothing:
1 medium sized NON-FITTED shirt with long sleeves.

If you would like a contrasting/ patchwork bear, then it is better to send more than one item of clothing.


*😊 Fabrics that work well: Baby clothes, cotton shirts, t-shirts, jeans, dresses, or any items in cotton/ polycotton

*☹️Fabrics that DO NOT work well: Leather, wool coats, fur, and hand knitted/ crochet items

Items should be clean and in a good condition



~~~HOW IT WORKS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY~~~

As soon as I receive your order, I will message you to confirm the address, for you to post your items (postage to me is not included in the price and I would recommend using a tracked mailing service)

You will need to put your name and address inside the package with your items when you post them to me.

I will confirm receipt of your items as soon as I receive them, and I will message you during the making process to check any particular requirements or particular requests you may have.

Whilst I have allowed 1 - 2 weeks to make your dog from receipt of your clothing, I can usually make the dog sooner depending on volume of orders at any one time. If your order is time sensitive or is needed urgently, please message me.


Once your order is complete, I will post the dog to you using Royal Mail tracked delivery and return any UNUSED items of clothing. (If you want all the off cuts of material returned to you, then please state this at the time of order)
