The piece was absolutely stunning. I wanted something to be a sentimental piece after a personal experience and this matched perfectly. Everyone has commented about it and it’s proudly on display!the only slight negative was unlike the picture it just had green thread to hang it on which didn’t match the colour scheme of the item and didn’t look particularly sturdy and had to re tie it on arrival.

Firstly I have to say what outstanding customer service and care I received from Kate, she really went out of her way to post my item quickly and her communication was absolutely excellent. As for the item I purchased well just gorgeous! . A gift for friends who absolutely love it! So beautifully painted, the perfect gift. It really exceeded my expectations.
