5. Are the Stretched Canvas prints ready to hang?

Yes, all of our Stretched Canvas Prints are ready to hang. Each canvas is stretched on 3/4-inch wooden bars and comes with a wire hanger on the back. For prints smaller than 18'' x 24'', we also include a thin, brown, acid-free paper backing for added protection. Larger prints will have a backing option upon request.

9. What if my print arrives damaged?

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the damaged artwork and the packaging (outer box and internal materials). These images are required to file an insurance claim with the carrier. Once received, we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or alternative solution. Important: Claims submitted without photos of the packaging cannot be processed. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

10. Can I cancel my order?
