Production Processes and Shipment
Please refer to the size charts in the photos for all ages and styles. All "heather" shirts contain polyester and cotton, the rest are 100% cotton. We have several shirt brands in stock. We try to optimize production processes and shipment times according to our stocks. We reserve the right to use various brands that are comparable in size and fabric during supply chain shortages. We do not use one single brand. You will receive your order with one of our brands.
90% of the time we make your order ready to ship the next day. Once we have your order ready to ship, it takes about 3-6 days to be delivered by Standard Shipping, depending on your location. If you are in a hurry, we recommend you consider upgrading your shipment to Priority.
All items ship from the US and come with USPS tracking information. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking and to contact USPS for issues with addresses or delays in transit. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses or items marked as delivered as per USPS. For more information, please contact us via the ETSY message panel.

Exchanges and Refund

As all our shirts are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for purchased items or exchanges for custom made items. Please message us anyway if you are having problems with your personalized product.

Please wash inside out on cold, tumble dry low. Please do not iron on the ink or vinyl.
