How is my order packaged?

Card/envelope come packaged in a sealed cello bag and are mailed in a larger envelope with a piece of cardstock to help keep it protected during shipping. For quantities of 5 or more, cards/envelopes are shipped in a small box or rigid mailer.

Can I track my order?

Possibly...maybe... When you order 1 to 4 cards, they are mailed USPS first class letter mail, which is similar to mailing with a postage stamp. Etsy provides a tracking number, but it is RARELY accurate and not reliable. The tracking number provided is Pitney Bowes tracking and NOT USPS tracking. It may show updated tracking, or your order may stay in "pre-transit" even after it has been delivered. It also may say "delivered" when that means it was delivered to the post office for your local zip code and will usually actually make it to your mailbox within 1-2 business days of the "delivered" date. If you order 5 or more cards, shipping is upgraded to USPS Ground Advantage with real USPS tracking.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, except holidays), from the date your order is placed. All orders are hand delivered directly to the post office clerk on the day the shipping label is created. Once in the possession of USPS, how long it will take for your order to arrive will be based on USPS delivery schedule and any possible delays they may have due to weather, holidays, etc. We are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Some orders deliver in 3-5 business days of shipping, but some can take 10 or more business days. Please order early enough to allow time for your order to arrive if you need it by a certain date, and if you want USPS tracking, please choose a shipping upgrade when you checkout.

Do you offer shipping upgrades?

Yes! If you need your order to have reliable tracking, there are shipping upgrades available at checkout. You can choose USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. All orders over $250 will be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail and will require signature confirmation. **Please keep in mind that USPS will not guarantee that an item will arrive within the estimated timeframe they provide when you order, and we are also unable to guarantee your item will arrive by a certain date.

Does free shipping include APO/FPO/military addresses or shipping to Puerto Rico?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide free shipping option to APO/FPO/military addresses or Puerto Rico, as there is not an option to do so on Etsy. If you need to ship to APO/FPO/military address or Puerto Rico, please select a shipping upgrade at checkout. If no upgrade is selected, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order.
