To ensure the longevity of your item, please follow these care instructions: Wash inside out in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach. Avoid ironing directly onto the design. Do not dry clean. Following these simple care steps will help maintain the quality and appearance of your item wash after wash.

We kindly ask that you inspect your item within 48 hours of receiving the package. If you notice any defects on the sweatshirt or t-shirt, please message us immediately. Please note that we will not replace any items after this deadline for any reason. Defects reported after 48 hours may have occurred due to factors beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

✅ Processing time is 1-3 days. Shipping time is based on the shipping type you’ll select at checkout. If you need the item sooner, please upgrade the shipping at checkout.

✅ If your item is returned to us because of the wrong address you entered, I’ll re-ship it to you if you pay the shipping price.
✅ If you want to add or change anything to the existing design that is displayed in the images, please contact us.
✅ There may be a difference between the print sizes in the image and the actual produced.
