It was shipped to the wrong address, which is fine, it happens. But took a while to be fixed and I had to follow up as no updates were given. Shade is great. Hole in top is a bit big if not using as a pendant (sold as pendant so guess I should not have expected it to fit). Will need to find a spacer to make it work. Experience overall = mildly annoying but once the shade is in place, all will be fine. It is very nice. I would probably buy from here again.
