What is your refund policy?

It is up to the buyer to order an item in plenty of time, taking into consideration the estimated delivery window at the time of ordering. This is an estimated date and unfortunately Jessie has no control over the postal service once dispatched. Jessie will always dispatch on time (within 1-3 working days) but after that it is out of her control. Jessie will only provide a refund if the item hasn't arrived within 48 hours after the last date on the estimated delivery window. If it hasn't arrived after 48 hours then she will provide a full refund. Please be considerate of the estimated delivery window when ordering for specific dates as you will NOT be entitled to a refund if it doesn't arrive by a date that is within the timeframe.

How do you personalise a card?

A lot of our cards can be personalised, although there are some that can't. When you click on the product you will see a box either underneath the pictures or to right where you can write your personalisation in. If the product does not have a personalisation box then unfortunately we can't personalise this card. Please write your personalisation request in the box. This is usually the name of the person you'd like to send it to. We will then do the rest.

What are your postage options?

Our postage options are super simple. Either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. Everything is posted 2nd class as standard unless you upgrade to 1st. There should be an option to upgrade to 1st class when you checkout. You may also find the option if you click on the 3 dots next to the product in your basket.

Do you sell internationally?

Currently we only sell in the UK.

Do you design all of the cards yourself?

Yes, all of the cards and prints you see at Jessie Paige Art are hand-illustrated by Jessie. She then puts the designs onto her computer and transforms them into either card or print form. She then prints them herself in her little home studio, packages them up and posts them out. She does every little bit of the process from start to finish.

Why isn't there a personalisation box for the card I want to order?

Unfortunately, not all of the cards you see on our shop can be personalised. We have a mixture of standard greeting cards as well as personalised ones. If the listing doesn't have a personalisation box, then unfortunately we can't change/add to it.

Are you plastic free?

99% of our cards come completely plastic free. This is something we've changed significantly in 2023. There is probably 1% of our cards that come with a biodegradable cellophane bag on them. We used to package all of our cards in biodegradable cellophane bags but these not only cost a lot more but we also found that the majority of the time they were getting thrown away the minute they were being delivered. Therefore, we have stopped using any cellophane bags with our cards but there may be a few still that get posted out with one on as they will have already been packaged with it on and we'd hate for it to go to waste!

Can I send the card that I've ordered direct to the recipient?

Yes, I am more than happy to send the card direct to the recipient. If you'd like this done, please message me explaining this and confirm the name and address of the person you'd like it sent to within your message. Sometimes, if you have your shipping details already in your Etsy account then it might automatically send me your own address on your order. By sending me a message with the recipients address as well as what you would like written in the inside then I can make sure it definitely goes to the correct person.

Is my order sent with tracking?

Unfortunately not. All orders are sent either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class depending on which option you choose. Orders are not sent with any tracking, reason being that the order value is such a low cost that if we added tracking it would make the postage cost significantly higher! We really try our best to keep the price of our cards and prints as low as possible and the extra cost of adding tracking would make the total price even for one card extremely high.

Will my order arrive on time?

When you view the card/print on my shop it gives you an estimated delivery date. So when you order from us, you should expect your item to hopefully be delivered within that time frame or just after. This is an 'estimated' delivery date and is based on purchase date, your location, my processing time to print and dispatch the order as well as the delivery company. Other factors such as placing an order on the weekend or a bank holiday may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. This is why the estimated delivery time is only an estimate. Jessie Paige Art will always dispatch within 1-3 working days.
