Yes, we can in very special circumstances but it really depends on the details of your request. Most of the designs are fixed and can't be edited, but some are editable. So, really it just depends. But we can engrave messages on the back of the wood cards. So, please reach out to us with your request and we can see what we can do. Please note, you can personalize the greeting card. Please be sure to include your personalized message in the gift message section within the order or in the note to seller during checkout. Please do not forget to include your name so that your recipient knows from whom the gift came.

Yes, each box that contains a live succulent will include a printed document inside the box stating planting and care instructions.

It is very important to take the succulent out of the box as soon as it arrives, give it a small drink of water (2 tbsp) at the base of the succulent, and place it in an area inside or outside where it will receive bright, indirect light.
