The locket is great! I got my partner one as a gift and she loves it! I highly recommend. I should mention that the latch to keep the locket closed isn't the best—the locket falls open at times—but we’ll figure out some 'solution' for that. And, it may have just been that I made my purchase only a few days before Christmas, but communication with the seller wasn't the best. The images that I sent were not centered or cropped how I wanted them to appear in the locket. I asked the seller whether I ought to send alternate cropped versions, and I didn’t hear much of a response. That said, what I received was great! The images were centered and cropped exactly how I wanted them! But it was stressful not knowing how the locket would look before it arrived.
