I purchased the warning letter at first for my youngest. It worked because she cried, thinking she was about to be on the naughty list. She changed her behavior and has been very good since. I purchased this file as a follow-up, and my kiddos were so excited to open their Santa mailbox and find this letter. I love how excited they get when they get mail from Santa.
