The seller was a great communicator. His pictures were perfect and he documented the piece perfectly. An antique item that was well documented and looks exactly as described. I started communicating with the artist on October 9th clearly explaining the custom order was a Christmas present. Pictures were sent in early October and everything appeared to be on track. The week before Christmas the artist promised I would have the picture on time. A couple days before the holiday it was promised on christmas eve. I finally received it on January 9, 2014. The picture was fine but not what I expected based on the posted art work.
