Each item in our shop is made to order. This means that we emphasize making sure you as the customer are sure about sizes, quantities, and any other details before ordering. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will correct the mistake at no additional charge to you. RETURNS & EXCHANGES This shop is ran by a single Mama and your support helps make ends meet. Cancellations must be made within 24 Hours of your purchase. Resizing is subjected to additional fee and shipping.

How can I determine the size of the bangle I should order? Use a piece of string or a sewing measuring tape to measure around the widest part of your hand. This is best done by touching the pad of your thumb to the pad of your pinky finger. Then take a snug measurement around the knuckles and round to the nearest half inch. I ordered the wrong size, what can I do? We are not responsible for wrong sizes on the customer's behalf. Resizing is subjected to a processing fee depending on the item. Please message us to arrange resizing. You can wash your hands, shower, and even swim with gold-fill and sterling silver jewelry! However, caring for your pearls will require more mindfulness. To help preserve the life of your pearls keep away from chemicals and cleaners. Add a drop of olive oil to your fingers and rub onto the pearl, allowing it to absorb the oils.

Freshwater Pearl Information

Freshwater pearls are harvested from freshwater mussels primarily in China. They can be cultured in multiple quanitites in a single mussel, unlike a saltwater pearl one at a time in an oyster. We strive to use attractive pearls at an affordable price. However, our pearls are not flawless and not perfectly round. The pearls are a near round to off round in shape. There may be small imperfections upon inspection. Each pearl differs one from another. There may be slight differences between size, hue, and shape. Freshwater pearls require more care than Tahitian Pearls. Keeping them "conditioned" by rubbing a drop of olive oil can help preserve their beauty. With minimal care these pearls can remain beautiful for years to come.

Tahitian Pearl Information

Tahitian pearls are cultured in French Polynesia. Unlike freshwater pearls, they can only be cultured one to two per oyster. This attributes to their higher price. The rounder and the more flawless the Tahitian Pearl the greater the cost. We primarily use oval shaped baroque Tahitian Pearls but still strive to use lusterous and attractive pearls that you will love. In caring for Tahitian Pearls it is best to keep away from chemicals and cleaners. While they can get wet, as many women love to swim and shower with their pearl bangles, you can help preserve their luster by occasionally taking a dab of olive oil between your fingers and rubbing it onto the pearl and allowing it to absorb.

Absolutely gorgeous bracelet, exactly what I wanted. I love it and wear it a lot! Only problem was that it was shipped super late and no one responded when I asked where it was. It was the holiday season, so they were probably swamped with orders, but still someone should have taken a second to let me know they were still working on it. Anyhow, it eventually arrived and I love it.
