this dress is a personal design made for your'e specific measurements.
I will send you a guide for taking detailed measurements for your'e body so the dress will look perfect on you.
I will make all the alterations necessary for the dress to compliment your body, using the latest techniques in high fashion and couture methods.

PRODUCTION
please allow 4-6 weeks for production. If you need some rush, please contact me before placing the order.

HOW TO ORDER

Here's a step-by-step guide on how a custom order happens:

Discussion of the Idea: It all begins with a conversation. We discuss your unique idea, your vision for the project, and your specific requirements.
Reference Reset: Once we've defined the concept, you provide any reference materials or ideas that will help us visualize the project accurately.
Sketch and Final Version: I then create a sketch based on our discussions. We work together to refine and agree on the final version of the project using the sketch as a guide.
Material Selection: We move on to selecting the materials. I present you with options, and you make choices that align with your vision. Any necessary adjustments or resets are made at this stage.
Price Calculation: I calculate the price of the project. Depending on the materials and complexity, the price may vary. We ensure that the project fits within your budget, making any necessary adjustments as needed.
Payment: At this point, you can choose to make a full payment or provide a 50% advance through the provided listing.
Production and Tailoring: The production process begins with constant coordination between us. I keep you updated with photos of the process, and if any changes or corrections are required, we address them together.
Photo Approval: Once the project is complete, I will send you a photo of the finished product for your approval. Your satisfaction is crucial.
Shipment: Finally, upon your approval, the project is ready for shipment. It will be carefully packaged and sent to you, ensuring that your custom order reaches you in perfect condition.
This collaborative process ensures that your custom order meets your expectations and results in a product you'll love.

Terms o dress production are up to 10 working days.
Warning! The goods can not be returned and exchanged.

What measures must be taken to order
Take measurements. To do this, you can turn to a professional, take measurements by yourself or ask a friend for help.

1. Chest girth.
2. Girth under the chest.
3. Waist circumference.
4. Cup height.
5. Thigh circumference.
6. Girth of the thighs at the level of 15 cm from the waist.
7. Cup size (for corsets with a cup)

Sometimes you need more measurements and even photos to sew. We will inform you about this through personal messages.

Delivery

To find out the exact timing of international delivery, write to us or place an order. Below we have provided indicative deadlines.

Please note that the delivery time does not include the time of product manufacture. The production time of the corset is up to 10 working days.

● Delivery across US UPS express 3-6 working days.
● Delivery to Europe: 3-5 working days.
● Delivery to Australia : 6-10 working days.

Return and exchange
Exchange
If the purchased product for some reason did not suit you, we will offer you an alternative to exchange. If it is not available, we will refund.
Return
To make a refund, simply send us the goods back. Importantly! The product must be in its original form and must not have traces of wear or damage. Must be original tags and packaging.
Return options
24 hours
We will refund 100% of the amount if you make a refund within 24 hours. The presence of a tag is mandatory.

Within 15 days
Return the order no later than 15 days after payment of the purchase and receive a refund of 70% of the purchase amount. The presence of a tag is mandatory.

Within 30 days
Return the order no later than 30 days after payment of the purchase and receive a refund of 50% of the purchase amount. The presence of a tag is mandatory.


Importantly! Return of the goods is paid by the Buyer. This means that the Buyer undertakes to pay for the delivery in the process of sending the goods to us for return.

We also reserve the right to refuse to return the product if its condition does not correspond to the one sent to you.

To return, contact us in any convenient way. Just enter the order number and name.

We will process the information, agree on the details and then generate and send a refund for the order.

There is no return for individual orders! If for some reason the individual order does not correspond to the agreed one, a refund of 60% of the cost is possible.

Individual orders
Making changes to the design or size of the finished model is paid separately. Depending on the complexity of finishing, the cost of the product can increase by 30-80%.

Some words about the gown:
MATERIALS
the dress is made out of a few layers of fabrics.
The lower layer is made of high quality satin fabric with a beautiful flow.
above it there is a layer of beautiful tulle design from new collection.
the top part of the dress is embellished with high quality Beaded ribbon with handmade brooch.

Although this is the original model there are a number of changes that can be made to your personal taste.
you can choose to apply more/less of the lace.
you can choose a specific length.
and so on...
