To store your wreath when not in use, place it in the box it was delivered in or put it in a box large enough that the wreath and any floral components are not compressed.

Like outdoor furniture, porch rails, and anything else we have outdoors, wreaths can also get dirty. Use a hair dryer in a low/cool setting to blow off any debris.

We custom pack each item, carefully securing it within the box using zip ties. This helps prevent it from damage during transit!

You can reuse the box for storage later if you choose.

Our creations are shipped within three business days unless specified on the listing.
Depending on where orders are being shipped, your order will arrive within 1-5 business days after shipping.
With all the challenges of COVID-19, we highly recommend ordering early for time-sensitive orders.

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally, and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee what you see accurately portrays the color of the floral design. We do our best to make sure our photos are as close to the exact product as possible, but we can not guarantee that what you see is an exact match. If the product must be identical, please contact us to order a sample before placing your order.

Suzie Q Gift is an Internet Based Company. We make silk flower wreaths, swags, centerpieces, and arrangements and sell them online.  However, you can meet with us by appointment.

If the order is received damaged, we will need detailed photos to submit a claim to the carrier. We will send a replacement out ASAP. We must be notified within three days of the order receipt of any damages to your order that occurred during shipping.

When you receive your wreath, please open the box from the side where the label is attached. Once you see the wreath, please close the box and turn it over. You will then need to cut the zip ties and turn over the box again. At this point, you will be able to pull out the wreath. Removing the wreath any other way may cause damage to your wreath.

All materials used to make flower wreaths fray, which over time makes petals look unbalanced. I fuse the fabric and add a high-performance sealant to each petal to help prevent your wreath from fraying and looking unbalanced over time. Also, my creations are sprayed with a UV-resistant coating to help prevent your wreath from fading from the sun rays and outdoor elements. These additional steps will add many years to your wreath to enjoy.

At Suzie Q Gift, we understand customers may need to return their wreaths. However, returns are ONLY accepted if the wreath is NOT removed from the box. We secure our wreaths in the box with zip ties to prevent them from moving during shipment. Once the zip ties are removed, returns will not be accepted. For you to receive a full refund, the wreath must be returned in the same condition it was received.
