To keep your watercolor artwork and paper prints safe, use a UV glass over the front and store in a frame. They should not be stored in plastic. For all artwork, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or an area that receives a lot of moisture.

I can't make guarantees for packages not arriving on time. Unfortunately it is out of my hands. Once products have been made and shipped, it is up to the shipping service to deliver them on time.

During busy times like holidays or delays due to shortages during the pandemic:
North America delivery time may be delayed up to 4 weeks.
All other countries delivery time may be delayed up to 8 weeks.

Stickiness and shininess is to be expected because of the ingredient honey that is used in the recipe. This allows the paint to rewet easily and because of that longer drying times are expected. The honey also allows for stronger and truer colors, really utilizing the vibrancy of each pigment. This is an ingredient that has been used for centuries, they will dilute easily and even after months of disuse- may resist hardening on the palette. Because of this, please allow to air dry before closing your palette.

While we do our best to package our products safely, sometimes accidents do happen. We inspect our products before they are sent out and once they are in the mail, it's up to the carrier to make sure it arrives to you damage-free. On the off change that this happens, you would make a claim on usps.com using your tracking number. For items shipped within the U.S., insured tracking comes included with your purchase. For international customers, the insured tracking is extra $$, please contact me if you would like to insure your products against any damage during transit overseas.
