Shipping, and Production Times

• Production time is the time needed to make your item and send to the postal carrier, it does not include time in transit from our door to yours • Please be advised that postal delays can occur and this is out of my control, due to this I am unable to guarantee any delivery dates. I can only guarantee a "ship by" date. • Rose and Roxie cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays that may be caused by the postal service, as I have no control over this process. Refunds will not be given for delays that happen on behalf of the postal carrier.

Customer satisfaction is my greatest goal and if there is any problems or concerns with your design, please notify me immediately. Because of the nature of personalized or custom designs, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these products, unless error is made on behalf of the seller or a defect is found in the printed products. If refund is required, item must be returned in original, unused condition with tracking information included, return postage paid by buyer, unless defect or error is found. If defect or error is found, please send pictures showing the product and all damage and/or errors for a resolution. Refunds will not be given until items are returned and back in my possession or sufficient pictures are received.

Can you change my shipping address?

For buyer and seller protection all purchases must be sent to the address on file. If address change is need, order must be canceled and repurchased. Please confirm address prior to submitting your order.

What if mistake is found in personalized information?

Personalized information is copied and pasted exactly as written, once item is in production or printed, I am unable to make any changes. Unless error is on behalf of ROSE and ROXIE no exchanges or refunds will be given. Please ensure all spelling, pronunciation, and any other requested information is correct when submitting your order. Please review proof carefully.

My item was marked as delivered, but I don't have it.

Once the tracking ID indicates an order was delivered, most often a family member picked up the package without informing the recipient. Occasionally items may get delivered to a neighbors house, upon request the post office will be able to give you GPS coordinates of the exact location the packaged was delivered. In the rare circumstance it's missing or stolen, you can file a report with the police department. In the event that packages are stolen and a police report is filed, shipping insurance may cover the loss. All packages include shipping insurance, this will not cover packages marked as delivered. I will help and make an attempt to locate your package, however I am not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered".

I forgot to change my address and my package was shipped to an old address. What do I do?

Please confirm & double check all shipping addresses. I only use & can only see the address you used at checkout. If you entered an incorrect or old address & your package is not delivered yet, you may be able to request a package intercept. There is a fee for this service & is responsibility of the customer. If the package gets returned to me, I will gladly reship. The customer will be responsible for any new shipping charges, even with free shipping. Free shipping is only honored on the original shipment. If package is marked delivered it is the responsibility of the customer to attempt to retrieve the package. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses left by the customer. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.

My Order Has Not Arrived. Is it Lost? What Do We Do?

Sometimes delays can happen within the postal service that are beyond my control and can not be helped. Due to this I can not guarantee a delivery date, only a ship by date as I have no control over the postal service. Most postal services will not consider a package lost until 30-45 days have passed and insurance claims can not be filed until the postal service considers the package lost. If your package is not received within this time frame, I will file for a lost package and a replacement item will be shipped, refunds will not be given for lost packages.

Plate, Platter, & Bowl Care

•Never use harsh or abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or scouring pads as they can damage the high gloss finish. •For dried-on food or stains, pre-soak your dinnerware before cleaning. •Do not use serrated knives or other sharp utensils as they can cause scratches or nicks in the surface. •Dishwasher agents containing the following chemicals can fade the embedded image on the platters surface... Chlorine Bleach Sodium Percarbonate (bleaching agent) Sodium Carbonate Peroxide (bleaching agent) Sodium Hypochlorite (bleaching agent) Sulfuric Acid •While completely dishwasher safe, repeated washing can cause colors to fade over time, it is advised to use a normal cycle without heat drying. It is also recommended to hand wash when possible

My Order Was Damaged in Shipping.

Occasionally, even with my best efforts, an item may be damaged during shipping. •In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged, a replacement item will be made and shipped free of charge. Refunds will not be issued. A picture of the damaged item, box with shipping label, and box damages will be required to process the insurance claim and to ship your replacement. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. •Please do not throw away your items or packaging, as the postal service may require this to be retuned to them for inspection.

Please be careful of shops that are copying designs from Rose and Roxie and other reputable sellers. Rose and Roxie has been in business since 2017 and only sells in official Rose and Roxie shops. It has recently come to my attention that many copycat shops on Etsy and other online venues are using my pictures and designs. Rose and Roxie is a 100%, American made, American owned company.
