Custom and personalized orders

I cannot guarantee I can customize or personalize orders, but I can try if I am messaged for additional fees for materials or labor. It never hurts to ask. If you see a design you like not listed as a style you’d like, please message me to see if I can make your item.

As with costume jewelry I am not responsible for tarnishing or pitting of any materials. Chemicals in pools, hot tubs, baths along with lotions, hairspray, perfumes, body sprays, essential oils, tanning lotions, sunscreen, insect repellant also can affect metals I use. I am polishing all copper with Renaissance Wax to try and keep patina I intended to achieve. If you’d like, a coat of clear nail polish may add extra protection.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale orders and price breaks for larger orders is NOT available. As a one person shop and an Artist, replicating a design in bulk is not feasible for me and my prices are already at the point I am comfortable to charge.

Shipping expectations

Once an order is in the hands of the USPS I cannot be responsible for length of delivery- weather and delays happen. Please use the tracking provided. If an order is for a holiday or special event and needed for a specific date, please order 2-3 weeks before. I ONLY USE USPS delivery service. I ship ASAP and can and will try and work with Buyers if they have any issues. Refunds are on a case by case basis. As a one person operation, I am not a multimillion dollar corporation that can handle financial loss because of frivolous claims. I know the pieces I’m creating and I have high expectations for them. Please read the descriptions OR ask for assistance if you are unsure of dimensions, weight or material. Thank you.

When in doubt message sizing questions- READ THE DESCRIPTIONS WITH DIMENSIONS PROVIDED! If something says it’s appropriately the size of a quarter or one inch grab a quarter out of your pocket or a ruler and look at it! If a description says “petite, tiny, small, delicate or little” in the Jewelry World IT IS petite, tiny, small, delicate or little! Lightweight means it’s not heavy! Thin means it’s not thick! Just covering my bases because just because someone wants it to be something else doesn’t make it become something else! I will not embellish descriptions and add flowery words for a sale!

I love the Nessie themed cuff bracelet ordered from this site. It is well made, fit perfectly, and was delivered in a timely manner. I would order from this vendor again.
