Guarantee
We offer a 1 year guarantee on all jewelry, except in cases of damage from improper use or repairs attempted elsewhere.

Payment Plan
Down Payment: A 50% deposit is required to begin the payment plan.
Installments: The remaining balance is due in equal monthly payments over 3 months.
Shipping: Your order will ship only after the final payment is received.
Missed Payments: If a payment is missed or not received on time, the payment plan will be terminated, and no payments will be refunded.
Interest: We do not charge interest on payment plans.
To set up a payment plan, please contact us via Etsy messages for further instructions.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be requested within 21 business days of receiving your item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on the new item. Please contact us through Etsy messages for exchange details.

Returns & Refunds
Returns: Accepted within 21 days for unused items in original packaging.
Non-returnable: Customized jewelry, including engraved items, full eternity rings, and rings outside US size 3-9.
Inspection: Returns will be inspected within 5-7 business days (US) or 3 weeks (international).
Restocking Fee: A 50% restocking fee applies to returns, up to $120 per ring.
Refunds: Processed within 3 days after inspection. Shipping fees and customs taxes are non-refundable. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

The ring is beautiful. Its well crafted. They originally sent the wrong ring, but they were quick about fixing it when I sent it back and even the incorrect ring looked beautiful.

This ring is (almost) everything I'd hoped for. It's pretty, unique, and low profile. It fits well. It is daintier than I expected so I'm working with the seller in hopes that I can get one with a larger stone designed 🤞🏻.
