This yoga mat features a colorful vintage birds and flowers kacho-e painting, Crabapple and Peafowls, by Japanese artist Kono Bairei. (For originalists, the artwork has been slightly altered to fit this shape. Made with lightweight foam material, 24" x 72" x 0.25" in size. A uniquely beautiful and elegant addition to any yoga studio. Namaste!

I would say it’s very thin I love that because it’s easy for hand stands however not complete padding comfort if you’re looking for that but it’s beautiful!!
