We offer a range of digital download art and physical art products. The digital art can be downloaded immediately after purchase, while the physical products are shipped to you.

How do I download the digital art after my purchase?

After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your artwork. You can also access your downloads by going to your Etsy purchases page.

Who fulfills the physical art orders and how are they shipped?

Our physical art orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third party vendor. They handle production and shipping, and they ensure your order is delivered to your specified address.

What is the estimated delivery time for the physical art pieces?

Delivery times can vary based on your location and the specific product you ordered. The specific delivery estimates can be seen within the listing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. Please note that any delays due to customs are beyond our control.

What should I do if I have an issue with my order?

In the event of a damaged product or manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or refund for you.

Who makes the artwork?

Every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted by our studio in Naples, Florida. As an artist-run studio, we handle the creative work ourselves to ensure each piece reflects the quality and intention behind the Artful Ease name.

Can I commission your artwork for corporate or business use?

Yes. We welcome corporate and commercial commissions and are proud to have our work already represented in Hilton Hotels.
