What materials do you use?

Our wall decals are produced using premium matte adhesive vinyl designed for a clean paint-like finish, strong adhesion, and long-lasting durability.

Are the decals easy to apply? Can decals be removed?

Yes, most of our decals are very easy to apply. Some more intricate designs may require a bit more time and patience during installation. All decals are supplied with transfer tape and are designed for simple application on smooth, clean surfaces. Every order includes detailed application instructions, and we are always available to assist if you have any questions during the installation process. When applied correctly to suitable surfaces and removed carefully, our decals can generally be removed without damaging the wall or surface underneath.

Do the decals look like stickers on the wall?

No. Our decals are produced with matte premium vinyl designed to create a clean paint-like appearance once applied correctly.

What surfaces work best?

Our decals work best on smooth, clean, dry surfaces such as painted walls, glass, mirrors, metal, and most furniture surfaces. We do not recommend application on textured walls or freshly painted surfaces.

How long does production and shipping take?

Orders are typically produced within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times: • Europe: 2 to 5 business days • USA & Canada: 3 to 6 business days • Other international destinations: varies by country

Do you ship internationally and are customs fees included?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Portugal with tracked delivery. EU: No additional customs fees. US: All duties & import taxes are prepaid by us (DDP). The price at checkout is final, nothing extra to pay on delivery. UK, Canada & other non-EU countries: Local import duties may apply on arrival, set by your local customs authority, not us. Can I request a custom size or personalized design?

Yes. Custom sizes, personalized text, and custom design requests are always welcome. If you have a specific wall size, logo, or project idea, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help. Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF provide the best result for production. High resolution PNG or JPEG files may also work depending on image quality.

Why do you require a phone number?

A telephone number may be required by the courier service to assist with international delivery. Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are correct before placing your order to help avoid delays or returned shipments.

Do you create decals for businesses and commercial spaces?

Yes. We regularly create custom vinyl graphics for offices, gyms, cafés, retail stores, studios, reception areas, and other commercial interiors. Custom sizes and logo requests are always welcome.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of both the packaging and the product so we can assist you quickly. Any concerns regarding the design, color, or pattern must be communicated before application, as applied products cannot be returned or refunded for these reasons. Order cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered production or shipment. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging using a tracked shipping service.
