The quality of the item was great, and the packaging was beautiful. This was exactly what my son wanted for his girlfriend. It was a great anniversary gift. We decided to go with ground shipping, and the item was at USPS for 7 days before it was shipped to us. It did not arrive in the timeframe suggested. Bibi was very responsive to my emails with regards to shipping, which was not their fault. I will buy from them again in the future.
