HOW DOES THE CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS WORK?

If you see a ring we have in our shop and want to make changes Or have another style in mind, we can custom design together! I will offer a close price estimate and you pay a 30% deposit to start the order. We will design the item and show you 3D CAD renderings to approve. Once CAD is approved the balance is paid by you and we start production. Design includes 1 modification. A new design fee of $150 will be added for a 3rd. Please allow up to 3 weeks for design/production. Engraving and Eternity style rings are considered Custom. $150 CAD fee is non refundable if you cancel. Custom Items are Non refundable or exchangeable. We do our very best to assure you are happy with the design before production begins :)

WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE OR NEED A LARGER RING SIZE THATS NOT LISTED AS AN OPTION?

*If you order the wrong ring size and need it resized, We can resize it down for $150 flat fee and 1-2 weeks size time. Sizing it up will start at $150 depending on the ring you need. *Our ring listings are priced for Ladies up to size 9 and Men up to size 11 (Excluding eternity style rings) Sizes over those specified sizes are subject to upsize fees. Please inquire *The resize prices for eternity style rings can vary, please ask for details about your specific ring.

HOW WILL MY PURCHASE BE SHIPPED TO ME AND WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SHIPMENT?

USA Orders are shipped free via USPS priority 3 day, signature required shipping method. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS; You are responsible for any custom fees or local taxes. Shipped via USPS OR Fed Ex 6-10 day shipping method. You will Receive your amazing item in a premium jewelry presentation box, securely packaged in a padded priority or express USPS shipping package,Signature required mail. Certificates will be included in the package. If you are not home, your item will be available for pick up at your local post office. Your tracking # will be under your purchase order and you will be notified when we ship.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELRY AND CARE FOR IT?

We recommend having jewelry inspected, cleaned and polished annually for the longevity and beauty of your piece. We offer this for free, 1 time annually for life! You just pay shipping fee each way. We don’t recommend using sonic cleaners as this can loosen stones. I love a jewelry cleaner called Blitz and can be found via Etsy sellers. Using this with a baby soft tooth brush and hot water rinse will get your jewelry sparkly again. PLEASE REMEMBER, you have purchased a fine jewelry item. We do not recommend wearing it to the gym or doing other harsh things.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY AND DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

Items can be returned within 30 days for a Full Refund! Contact me for approval before your return and instructions. Damaged, altered or heavily worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any Altered Items, Eternity Style Bands or Engraved Items may NOT be returned or refunded. It is important you understand and agree to this policy. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Exchanges are welcome as well, for equal to or more value.

PLEASE EXPLAIN YOUR WARRANTY FOR THE ITEM AND THE STONES.

All of our settings and center stones have a lifetime warranty and will be automatically registered by us for you, upon order. Charles and Colvard Moissanite comes with an Authenticity card and Lifetime Warranty for you to register online through the company. Loss or damage can be claimed under your insurance. USA Warranty/Repairs:$35 shipping fee applies to ship the ring back to you. We offer a lifetime product warranty which covers replacing missing accent stones or manufacture defects. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, that would be an insurance claim. INTL Warranty Repairs: We can offer fair market value for you to repair local to you to avoid more customs fees. Case by case basis.

DO YOU OFFER A LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLAN?

Yes. We offer up to 3 months FEE FREE layaway. The purchase price is divided into equal monthly, or bi- weekly payments. The price we agree on will be locked in for the 3 months. ALL payments are due within 7 days of due dates or may be subject to agreement forfeit and possible money loss if late. No Cancellations or refunds for custom order layaway, once production begins. $150 custom fee will be charged for any canceled custom orders. All items are shipped once paid in full. Etsy also offers Klarna financing as well which is like paying in full so you get your item faster.

The diamond melee, moissanites, lab created diamonds and precious gems are selected and approved by us. Your quality piece is made by our goldsmiths and over seen by John. I inspect all items before I ship and can send you a video as well. Our prices are not as low as some because we make rings built to last lifetimes! They are not flimsy poor quality rings. Our jewelry is NOT PLATED, all solid gold or platinum with a protective rhodium dip. We Care about your happiness, just read our reviews!

We use IGI certified lab grown diamonds and GIA Natural Diamonds. Diamonds over .50ct come with Diamond Reports. All Pristine Moissanite stones come with a authenticity certificate. We source our gems from the finest cutters and are all ethically sourced. I personally hand select every gem we use and most of our gemstones are of A grade plus, Gem Quality and priced very well. We only use Conflict Free natural diamonds based on the Trusted Kimberly Process.
