Rabecca was so patient and communicative throughout the entire process of making my custom Sontag. She answered my questions about sizing, yarn colors, and even added a button as I requested for extra security tying the sontag. Shipping from Canada it came right on time as expected, packaged with stickers and personal note of thanks! The iron-umber ombré turned out to be even more gorgeous in person. It is a very dynamic color— with the ambery brown bright in natural sunlight and the mousey brown-grey is nice and right indoors. I tried to show the effect in the pictures, but it really can’t capture how lovely it is! I recommend this shop and seller 100%. Thank you so much— I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!
