Tunneling: Tunneling can be caused by not allowing your wax pool to melt to the sides of the jar with each burn. Burning Unevenly: If your candle is burning to one side of the jar, but not quite to the other, this is likely due to a draft or burning on an uneven surface. Black Smoke and/or Crackling Sound: Extinguish the flame, trim your wick to 1/4” and re-light! “Wet Spots” on Jar: This is not water, Soy wax expands and contracts from the sides of the jar with temperature fluctuations. This will not affect your candle. Crystals on Wax: This is the natural wax recrystallizing and is totally normal. This will not affect your candle. Wax Turning Yellow: This is a normal occurrence in some fragrance oils and does not affect your candle.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

If your package was lost or stolen, but the tracking was mark as "delivered", we kindly ask that you contact the shipping provider to file an insurance claim. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for "delivered" packages. If your package has not arrived and is stuck in transit, it could be delayed. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns and we will inquire with the shipping provider. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us with a picture of the damaged product and we will send a replacement out to you. You must provide a picture to receive a replacement.

Shipping to Warm Climates

On rare occasions candles may melt if left is a hot mail box for extended periods of time. We take every precaution we can when shipping and our candles have a high melt point of 119°F (48.3° C). Contact us and provide a picture to receive a replacement.

If you are using your own design, please send a high-resolution design of 300 dpi through Etsy Messaging. We will provide a digital proof via Etsy Messenger. If no response is received to the proof provided after 24 hours, we will begin processing. Our processing time is 1-3 days. Processing starts after the proof is agreed upon or no response in 24 hours.

Processing and Shipping Times

Most orders ship the next day except Sundays, as the Post Office is closed. Orders with more than 4 items may take up to 3 days to ship. Orders with more than 25 items may take up to 5 days to ship. During holidays and high-demand seasons, orders may take longer to ship. We always strive to ship orders the next day.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping cost as it is handled by external providers.
