If you are unhappy with the style, color, or need to exchange for a larger size please contact me within 14 days with your name, order number, item exchanging and item desired. Exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee to offset the costs making your original item. If you would like to exchange for an item of greater value than the exchange value of your original purchase you will be required to pay the difference in cost.

If your garment doesn't fit please contact me with your name, order number, and item ordered within 14 days of receiving your order. Alterations are offered on a case by case basis. Simple alterations are free of charge, for more complex alterations a small fee of $5-$15 may be charged. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Please keep in mind that not all items can be altered. I can make things smaller, but I cannot make them larger. I can shorten items, but I cannot make them longer. If you ordered a size too small, I will have to make a new item for you and it will be subject to the exchange policies above.

XS - BUST (33-34), WAIST (25-26), HIPS (35-36) (SIZES 2/3)

S - BUST (34-36), WAIST (26-27), HIPS (37-38) (SIZES 4/6)

M - BUST (36-38), WAIST (28-30), HIPS (39-40) (SIZES 8/10)

L - BUST (39-40), WAIST (31-32), HIPS (41-42) (SIZES 12/14)

XL - BUST (41-43), WAIST (33-35), HIPS (43-45) (SIZES 16/18)

Unless otherwise stated in the listing description, your item will be handmade to order after you checkout. This means your item will be custom made according to your size and color preferences or according to your measurements if provided.

IF YOU HAVE A UNIQUE QUALITY which you think I should know about, such as; short, tall, long waited, broad shouldered, long legs, pregnant, etc., please leave this information in the 'Message to Seller' box at checkout.

ORGANIC COTTON, HEMP, BAMBOO, SOY: Machine or hand wash cold, gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Line dry or dry flat.

WOOL: Hand wash cool and dry flat.

All items will be shipped via USPS with tracking unless otherwise arranged. You will be able to select your shipping speed at checkout.

TRANSIT TIMES:
Please be aware that all shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee. This is especially true for international orders.

INSURANCE:
All items shipped via USPS priority mail will be automatically insured for up to $100. If you would like to purchase insurance for a first class package or purchase additional insurance for your order, please contact me.

I am not responsible for lost, undelivered or damaged packages.

I am unable to offer monetary refunds on custom and made-to-order pieces. Nearly all of my pieces are custom made to order after you checkout. By the time you receive your item(s) I will have already devoted much of my time and fabric to your order. If your item was already made it can be returned for the full value of the item itself. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at the buyers expense. All made-to-order items are custom-made, and so exempt from buyers Right of Withdrawal when shipped to the EU.

Unless otherwise stated as a 'ready to ship' item, all items will be made to order and shipped within 2-4 weeks of the date when you place your order. If you need your item by a certain date, please contact me prior to placing your order to ensure that I will be able to get it to you on time.
