Benefits of coconut wax:
Most of us know soy wax is far superior to toxic and unsustainable paraffin, but coconut wax in this soy blend burns even cleaner and prolongs the burn time, helping you get more smells for your dollar.
Coconuts are not also genetically modified, so this reduces the demand on GMO crops.
And again, all fragrance oils are phthalate, known-carcinogen and endocrine-disruptor free; all wicks are 100% cotton or sustainably harvested wood.

Usage & care:
➳ First burn: allow melted wax to reach edge of container (or come close) before extinguishing the candle. This prevents it from "tunneling" in the center (which is both ugly and inefficient!).
➳ After first burn, keep wick trimmed to around 1/8-1/4" so as to prevent excess soot and uneven burning. After testing countless candles, I've found that keeping the wick slightly longer for the first burn seems to set the stage for the most consistent burn thereafter.
➳ Wooden wicks are beautiful, but they can be divas! Always make sure to remove charred bits before relighting to prevent a low or dim flame.
➳ Never leave a burning candle alone, and keep out of reach of children and pets.
➳ Keep foreign materials out of the container.
➳ Burn candles on a heat resistant surface and away from flammable objects.
➳ Do not burn candles for longer than 4 hours
➳ You'll know your candle has reached the end of its life once only 1/2" of wax remains.
