How do I find my order?

After purchase, you will find your order in your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews".

A template is a pre-designed, editable file that you can easily customize. You’ll be able to change text, fonts, colors, and images to make it your own.

Do I need to print my file through Canva? I see that they offer printing services.

No! You can download the file to your computer and print it off at home or at a local print shop. It's true that Canva does offer printing services, and I've used them to print of graduation cards and Christmas cards at very reasonable prices, but it is not required.

Do I have to pay to use Canva?

No. All of my templates are created using free Canva graphics and fonts. However, if you choose to replace any fonts or graphics with Canva Pro elements, Canva may charge a small fee at download. To avoid this, simply select a free font or graphic instead. Canva Pro elements are marked with a crown icon. There is a small chance that a paid element may appear in one of my older templates. If this happens, please contact me and I will correct it promptly.

What is the difference between a template and a digital download?

A template is a pre-designed file where you will fill in your own information and then download it. A digital download is a file that is already complete that you will just download and print out. There is no editing involved. Sometimes you might come across the phrase "instant download". This could refer to both a template or a digital download-as it is available instantly and you won't have to wait for anything to come in the mail.

How difficult is it to edit a template?

Editing the template is generally easy for users who are comfortable using a computer. If you have basic computer skills, you should be able to make edits with a little time and patience. For those with very limited computer experience, the process may feel more challenging and assistance may be helpful.

I downloaded the PDF for the template. Now what?

The PDF contains a button with a link that will take you to Canva.com, where the template is hosted. If you already have a Canva account, the link will open the template directly. If you do not have an account, Canva will prompt you to create a free account using your email address.

My link doesn't work. What do I do?

Canva links can occasionally stop working due to system updates or permission resets within Canva. This is a known issue and can happen from time to time. No worries — if your link doesn’t work, just send me a message and I’ll quickly send you a fresh, direct link.

What if I buy the template but I have trouble editing it and it's a disaster on my end?
