This vintage poster is the cover artwork from the March 1896 issue of the magazine "The Black Cat" which has been which has been digitally restored by us. The Black Cat was a very popular American fiction magazine which featured short stories. This cover for March 1896 issue features a black cat and a rabbit or hare playing banjos. It would have been originally printed using the colour lithography printing technique. It is available in 4 sizes and 5 frame colors or as a print only on fine art matte paper. ----- SIZES & FRAMES -----

All our artwork is printed on gorgeous fine art matte paper and comes either as print only (unframed) or framed and ready to hang on your wall or give as as a gift.

- Sizes -
Available in either 8x12", 12x18", 16x24" or 24x36" (sizes are in inches). Other sizes are available on request.
Please note that in the framed options, the sizes refer to the approx. size of the print within the frame. The full size including the frame will be slightly larger.

- Frames -
Our frames are carefully made to order in our print lab using sustainably sourced wood and are available in either black, white, gold, silver or natural colour with a satin laminated finish (approx. 20mm width). Each frames comes with a Perspex glaze on the front for added protection. We also offer a print only (unframed) option which is perfect if you would like to frame your print yourself.

- Paper -
Our artwork is printed using professional Giclée methods on 200gsm museum-quality paper matte paper.
Our paper is acid free and archival and has a totally matt finish with no sheen / shine to it.

This piece is genuine vintage artwork from 1896 which has been digitally restored by us in our small graphic design studio is Scotland, UK.

Due to variations in different screens and devices the colours / brightness / contrast / saturation / vibrancy etc. may look different on the screen than on the printed image. Our prints will always be accurate to our original artwork, but unfortunately we have no control over how they look on different screens and devices.

----- DELIVERY & RETURNS -----

All our artwork is shipped with tracking.
Our print lab have multiple locations worldwide including UK, Europe, USA & Australia which helps us provide faster shipping times for customer in the UK and abroad. Please note that the processing times of 3-7 business days apply before shipping.

Please ensure your name (first and surname) and address are correct and shown in full when ordering. This is very important. We cannot change or edit the address after your order has been processed with out print lab. Items will be sent to the address shown on the order. It is the full responsibility of the buyer to ensure the address is correct when ordering.

Our items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty) as they are all individually made / printed to order in our external print lab and we do not hold stock of them.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us asap with pictures of the damage and we will be more than happy to help.

Please note that our items are made using restored vintage artwork & photographs, they will not be as sharp as modern photographs / images. They may show some of the imperfections from the vintage artwork / images to maintain the authenticity of the original piece.
