The shipping was prompt. My order was packaged well and arrived in great condition. I had contacted Melissa about making a custom scarf for me using 2 colors. I have another one that she made for me about 4 years ago. I had this one made using burnt pumpkin on the sides and a stripe of dark denim yarn going down the middle. It looks great! I love it! Well made and nice and soft.
