Do you take requests?

Yes! we are always trying to figure out the next things to add to our shop and your feedback could very much inspire the next set of available products. We already plan on making everything under the sun, so if you have a specific thing that you would like to do first, just let us know!

For sizing with our shirts and sweatshirts, keep in mind that typically it is a good practice to order one size larger than you would normally wear to allow shrinking after the first wash. We highly recommend this to be safe :)

Can you do bulk orders on products for a reduced price?

In some instances, we are able to accommodate people with bulk orders over $100. These types of discounts could be applied to stickers and tokens. Typically, we try to already provide options to get better deals with bulk, but this would be in the instance where you would want even higher quantities.

Do you make everything yourself?

All of our stickers are 100% made here and are sent out from here. Our tokens are created with the assistance of a printer off of the site and then are shipped out from here. All playmats, mugs, and clothing is fulfilled by outside printing facilities and is shipped from there.

My tracking number doesn't seem to be working, or is "stuck" in pre-transit, why is this so?

All of our stickers and tokens come from in-house and use Etsy tracking/shipping labels. Unfortunately, this tracking is very limited and sometimes the post office forgets to scan them in. If a package isn't scanned in then the tracking number will not work. Never fear though, your package is still on its way! This is the best option that will allow us to offer free shipping on our smaller items. All of our other items shouldn't have a problem with their tracking. If you have any questions about your specific order please feel free to reach out and we will help in whatever way we can!

Dose my order have a tracking number?

All our clothing, mugs, playmats & phone cases come with a tracking number for both US customers as well as international customers For our stickers and tokens- they come with limited tracking through Etsy for our US customers, but unfortunately, sometimes the postal service forgets to scan them so they are not always the most reliable in telling when a package will be delivered. Even if your package was not scanned, don't worry, it is still on its way! For our international customers- Unfortunately, due to the high cost of shipping with tracking, we are not able to offer that. Unfortunately, this is the only way to keep the cost down enough to be able to offer free shipping/low-cost shipping to everyone purchasing stickers or tokens
