What are the terms of use?

The purchase of a template is for personal use (unless stated otherwise in the listing description). You can edit, save, and download your template unlimited times for editing and proofing purposes. Our templates have no download limit or expiry.

How do I download the files I purchased?

Any digital listings that are NOT made to order are automatically available for you to download under your order at https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If your product is made to order, please allow 2-3 days for the file to be ready to download. If you need it before that, please reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

How do I make sure you match my color theme exactly?

To ensure that your colors are matched as closely as possible, please either send a) photos or b) links to items or colors that you're trying to match. You can send photo attachments or insert links in our message conversation both before and after you place an order.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

Do I need to have a Canva Account?

Yes, you will need to sign up with Canva to be able to access and edit templates that are purchased. Our templates DO NOT require you to have a Canva PRO account.
