CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We offer a 100% guarantee for the first 14 days after delivery. You may return or exchange an item to us during this time period for any reason. We will not accept return of any item that has been washed. As is common on the Etsy platform, the buyer pays any postage to return an item to us. We do not accept returns if you have had the item for longer 14 days. Please kindly wait to leave your Etsy review for us until after you contact us and your issue is resolved!

HOW WILL MY SHIRT FIT ME?

We print our designs on different brands of clothing, and each has its own specific size chart. Size charts will be helpful, but we of course cannot guarantee a perfect fit! No two bodies are alike and people like their clothing to fit differently. If you buy a size that does not fit the way you like, please message us and we will do our best to help you.

CAN I RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If you notice an issue with the products or anything else in your order, please contact us immediately and before you leave your Etsy review! We will replace misprinted/damaged/defective items at no additional cost to you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted no later than 14 days after the product has been received.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once you have provided an updated and valid delivery address.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

No worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE BUT THE TRACKING SAYS THAT IT WAS DELIVERED?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, you should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. In the case of an incorrect address we will be happy to resend the returned package to you, but we will not cover the cost of reshipping the order and we will not refund the order.

The item is as described. However, I wouldn't have placed an order if I knew this was a DROP SHIPPING business. They say they are located in Maryland, but the package was sent from California, and returns can be sent to an address in Texas. Again, the hat is fine, it is just a shame what Etsy has become.
