Why don't you accept refunds for digital items?

The digital product you have purchased is my original work and once made available to you, cannot be returned to me upon the issue of a refund. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me through my Etsy shop.

What is included with my order?

Your purchase is for an instant digital/printable download. You will get detailed instructions for how to build the item of your choosing, a materials list and a tools list. Nothing will be mailed to you.

Will this kennel be the right size for my pet?

Please read the item's description and see the sizing infographic within the listing photos to determine whether or not the kennel you are wanting to build is a good fit for your pet.

Do you offer plans in other language or units?

I currently only offer plans in English and use imperial measurements (i.e. inches, feet).

Good plans. I had a couple minor issues but nothing major. 1. Warped 2x4's detract from operational smoothness. 2. Can't figure out where to install gas strut. Following the drawings i bent the strut. By balancing the machine, the strut isn't needed. 3. The unit is tall and, for me, the top shelf can't have anything very tall. I use it as a work bench. 4. The support legs seem to be about 1-1/2" too short.
