I created the base of the earrings out of sterling silver. I added turquoise, garnet, yellow agate and sterling balls. The earrings are little (around 3/4 inches). They hang around 1 1/8 inches. The ear wires are handmade out of argentium sterling silver. Argentium is a higher quality sterling and is hypoallergenic, nickel free and tarnish resistant. The backs of the earrings were textured. The earrings were oxidized to bring out dimension and textures.
