How do I download my files?

After your purchase, Etsy will email you a link to download your files. You can also find them anytime under Your Account → Purchases → Download Files.

Can I print the collage sheets at home or at a print shop?

You can do either! For the best color and detail, use a high-quality printer, set to “Best” or “High Quality” mode, and print on matte or photo paper. You can also take your files to a local print shop or online service if you prefer.

Why do the colors look different when printed? Why does my print look darker than on screen?

Screen colors are backlit, so they’ll always appear brighter than printed colors. Each printer handles color differently depending on ink, paper, and settings. Try increasing print brightness or selecting “Best Quality” in your printer settings, it usually makes a big difference!

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Because these are instant digital files, I’m not able to offer refunds once downloaded but if you have any issues, please reach out! I’m always happy to help troubleshoot.

I really like these brushes, I particularly like the heavy and use it a lot. There are not as many as I thought there may be in the pack but I personally like that as it can get overwhelming with loads of brushes and honestly each brush in the pack covers all my needs to create a really great final look in my artwork.Thank you.👍
