When will I receive a proof of my personalized product?

We’ll send your digital proof via Etsy messages within 48 business hours. If we don’t hear back within 7 calendar days, we’ll move forward with production using the proof as shown to keep your order on schedule.

What if I didn’t include a “need by” date?

If no date is provided, we assume you’re okay with Etsy’s estimated delivery window and will process your order accordingly.

What size cup should I order?

Our cup sizes are regulated by the US Dept. of Weights and Measures. The cup size indicates the amount of liquid if filled to the brim (not including ice). Stated ounces from the manufacturer are intended to show approximate volume and are not an implied guarantee of exact volume. We recommend ordering larger than you think you need. COMMON CUP SIZES & USAGE 8 oz - (very small) often used for tastings, cider, ice cream or children's parties 9 oz - (wine) - smallest recommended for wine 10 oz - wine 12 oz - small mixed & signature drinks 14 oz - mixed & signature drinks 16 oz - beer, soft drinks, tea 20 oz - beer, soft drinks, tea 22 oz - beer, soft drinks, tea, water

How Many Napkins Should I Order?

A good rule of thumb is a minimum of four napkins per guest for a reception with drinks, appetizers, cake. Allow more if you have more than one bar set up. If you are concerned about having too many, consider not putting the date on them so that you can use the leftovers at your new home! Beverage Napkins: Order three to four per guest Luncheon Napkins: Order one to two per guest Dinner Napkins: Order one to two per guest Guest Towels: Order two to three per guest for powder rooms. We try our best to meet your need by date and can usually accommodate rush orders. Please send us a message with the product you're looking at, need by date and zip code for shipping and we'll let you know the rush options that are available.

Can I cancel my order?

Once we begin creating your proof, a non-refundable $20 cancellation fee applies. This fee covers the design time spent customizing your layout, wording, colors, and accents. If your order contains Custom Artwork created from your photo, the custom artwork fee is non-refundable once illustration work has begun, even if the order is later cancelled. Rubi and Lib Design Studio (Berks Imprints Group, LLC) reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. If an order has been placed and the customer does not respond within 2 weeks to the proof email(s), the order will automatically be cancelled (minus the $20 proof charge). We make every attempt to contact the customer during this period including contacting buyers via email.

What if I forgot to select colors for my item?

No problem! If no colors are selected, we’ll default to the colors shown in the main listing photo. If multiple colors are shown, we’ll use white (e.g., white napkins or cups) with gold imprint for a classic look.
